I agree. As many books, courses, and material you can gather on the subject of real estate, you need a mentor that can lead you along the way in the beginning, someone who has been doing it for a long time and has done his/her share of mistakes and successes. An experienced real estate agent in your area, who is willing to take you under his/her wing, or a real estate investor, who will partner with you for a share of the profits on the first deals or a fee, are your ideal options.
I am also in the process of launching a real estate website, which will mentor investors starting out, because I see so many gurus selling expensive courses out there, but with very little to no support afterwards, and so many want-to-be-investors get overwhelmed or lost in the process.

If you are asking if what is the best real estate investment to start with. I think residential real investment is the best to start as it less comparatively daunting than commercial real estate.

I took the state real estate classes - it provided real estate law, mortgage types & amortizations, basic landlord laws, and a host of local knowledge and war stories about what to buy and what NOT to buy.

First of all people must have the knowledge about the areas where real estate business has to start or target area for real estate. Then Updated Knowledge of Property Prices must be known.Third Capital must be available if you want to make investment and want to get higher return. Houses and Land are the best option to investment.

Well, Learn what broker-licensing requirements are in your state, and obtain your real estate broker's license. In most states you must take a state-approved course, be 21 years old and have practiced real estate as a salesperson for two years.
