I don't think I fully understand this... all I see is a list of "packages" and amounts... what is in the packages?

The amount shown next to each package is the value of the package.
If a member has earned an amount of Forum Cash equal to or greater than any unclaimed package then they may claim said package. When a package is claimed, the amount of the package is paid to member via PayPal by myself and that amount of Forum Cash is deducted from their MT account.
This is just a fun way to reward our Money Talk members that have made significant contributions to our community. A way for us to say, have lunch on us.

At this point there are still 9 packages up for grabs.
I've got the most forum cash, but it won't do me any good to claim.
And yes, moderators can claim.
I thought the money would have all been gone by now!
