I look at it this way. Population keeps on growing, and construction as well as infra structure will not end. However, the total land area will not increase. This means that the price of lots would increase eventually. That is why I think real estate is the best investment there is.

Buying properties is obviously a big decision to sleep on it and you are required to look at your investment plan on a different perspective.If property prices fell in one state, it does not affect other , the property prices in other states.

Currently I am a mortgage loan underwriter for a huge financial institution. I want to maybe become a real estate agent. My aunt is making killer money. Now is there any way not to take the class and take the test since I already know a lot of real estate? Or what exactly is the whole process to make this career change?
