Real estate?
Currently I am a mortgage loan underwriter for a huge financial institution. I want to maybe become a real estate agent. My aunt is making killer money. Now is there any way not to take the class and take the test since I already know a lot of real estate? Or what exactly is the whole process to make this career change?

Real estate has been proven time and time again to be a stable investment. Unfortunately, it is a long term investment you need to make. It is not like shares where you need to keep an eye on the market the whole time - you can rent it out and it will still incline in value over time.
It is a very good time right now to invest money in property since the property market is in a slump. And there is no need to worry - what goes down must go up
