but also you can invest in something new, like NFC (for credit card) or medical marijuana (like ALPC) , they both so undervalued, like previous guys says , its a good time to invest now right here

I have read somewhere that over 80% of the millionaires in the USA got there because of Real Estate Investing. The ROI is significantly higher than investing in the stockmarket. Also a very valid point is that investing in real Estate provides a physical object you own and can live in. This makes it very attractive to invest in real estate.
There are many ways to invest in real estate. Wholesaling is one of them where you do not actually buy or sell real estate. You do contracts. Now a disclaimer would be that many say it is illegal, and that depends where and how you do it.
But regardless, REI is definitely a smart step into attaining wealth! We started with wholesaling and now we buy houses all over connecticut for rehabbing and flipping. It is very satisfying.
