There is no such thing as "regular tax on a house."

A claim to be any kind of a professional "for tax purposes" doesn't fly any more. You really have to be in the profession claimed and you have to be able to document it. These sorts of self-employment type tax dodges stopped working years ago, and a self-employment status claim on a tax return is a sure flag for a closer look.

Is it illegal to have a property listed for rent and for sale by two different real estate agents?

When we contact the correct real estate agent who had more experience in real estate field, then we have more chances to sell or buy the property quickly.

In my opinion it is safe to invest your money in real estate in today’s era as you earn a substantial income in near future. The price of property is increasing at alarming rates since last two years. Two years ago I bought a property in Utah. Keith El-Bakri from Southern Utah Realty had been a good property adviser to me and I gain a lot of profit by selling it. You may also invest in equities, mutual funds or stock Market.

an interest in land". Broadening that definition somewhat, the word "interest" can mean either an ownership interest (also known as a fee-simple interest) or a leasehold interest. In an ownership interest, the investor is entitled to the full rights of ownership of the land (for example, to legally use and transfer the title of the land/property), and must also assume the risks and responsibilities of a landowner

Selling a property can be a complex process. Advertising should ideally help make this process easier by bringing your real estate to the attention of potential buyers. Fortunately, there are many ways to advertise properties for sale, including via a full-service broker, through newspaper ads and even to the attention of interested parties while they do their weekly grocery run.
