Find out terms that are used by agents and sellers. This will help you in knowing what the other person is telling and not get confused. An investor should have negotiation skills.....

Bring a lot of money and bid a foreclosed house at the auction then fix it and sell it after 3 months. This is the best to make money during this time of housing collousal.

Some tips to real estate investment.
1) Decide what is your budget.
2) Go and visit that place which you want to purchase.
3) Take legal advise from some experience person.
4) See there is no any other risk in investing.
5) Consult to accountant.

Yes, I am completely agree and one need to clearly understand this. We have to look for choosing the type of investments and then accordingly looking for better options which can be beneficial.

You suggested right but, still it is very important to understand from where we can get the money so that we can better use to bid on foreclosed house. I mean, making better investments are worth essential and so as money.

Yes, hiring the property lawyer can be more beneficial and it will be more beneficial to really take the advantage of all the details they provide about the investment in property.
It is necessary to be very active while buying property and then accordingly making further improvements.
