Property should be buying according to its usefulness to you. If you want to buy a property for your tenants to live there. It should be according to it. Don't over invest on it.

Really good tips about the real estate. Real estate market is one of the best choice for investment. I like one thing about the real estate market that the prices of the houses are still increasing and always go to higher.

In this market it's tough. Rental property seems to work out for me as I have handyman in the family and family members who also have rental property. Insurance can be pain depending on where you live.
