I think a very effective way is to add their income. Of course, only some hard-working members can have the salary increasing. I think the company can set up a rule that who work harder, who can have more income. In order to earn more money, stuff members will work hard. In addition, the company can create an environment that suitable for workers to work.
You can give them appreciations for their hard work and the another method is " money makes the mare go."I hope my point to be noticed.

If i have to concern than, Agree to that Coaster. Sometimes subordinates needs a little appreciation can already go a long long way. A 'good job', a good work, excellent.. these are just a few words that helps too. A pat on the back also makes sense.

I would provide extra allowances, bonuses for their hard work and determination toward the work goals, achievements. I would share the profit with them to motivate them and encourage them better.

I have been using Pay It Forward, Give To Receive and Care To Share strategies for years, and it works to attract new customers as well as to reward employees. It doesn't take much when you Give To Receive, you give a little, you get back a lot in my experience.
For me, one of the best ways in motivating my employees is by working out a reward system. And always celebrate everyone's success.

Recognition of the employee's hardwork, skills is the most important thing to motivate them. By giving award, reward for their achievements, work, etc.
