I can think of a few things in favor of keeping the old one that has low expenses 401k....
1. you can get a 401k but not a rollover IRA is a credit.
2. some States, you are, you're not unlike the rollover IRAS creditors 401ks
3. floor to make a contribution to the problem in the future, the need to foresee the rollover IRA, Roth Ira.
