Forextrade.com, amazon .com, eBay.com and a lot of like these ones. You have to make some research on Google instead of asking here.

Sharebuilder.com is good with $4 dollar trades, I use that just to purchase stocks im going to hold for long periods of time. Like my Dividend stocks.
But if your more active with buying and selling, TD Ameritrade is really good. I have used both for years with no problems.

I've used TDA too for years and happy with them, but .... question: why would you favor them, with a $9 commission, for your active trading, over and above another online broker you like that has only a $4 commission?
Sharebuilder offers the $4 dollar trade if you are on their time frame. Example, if I want a stock I have to set it up for like the first Tue. of the month and it will auto purchase the stock I want on that Tue. They do also offer real time trading for around $10, but I like the real time with TD because I really like the thinkorswim platform.
