Is there any benifit in opening a corp for stocks?
I do short term trades (etrade). Hold stocks for around 3 days and sell. Is there any benifit if I did this under a corporation? Like business expenses or any tax write offs? or if I paid myself a salary from this company and profit sharing, and make little annual income from my day job, would I be taxed less then if i were to just report captial gains from personal account?

You might pick up a copy of a book titled "The Trader's Tax Solution" by Ted Tesser.

well I don't have any experiences on this. But based from a little knowledge of mine, holding stocks under a corporation would give you a higher profit
