Which is easier to rent if I am trying to do a buy-rent-flip?
Also which has a higher resale value?

I think you'll need to provide more specifics than that. I could easily see how location and value of an apartment building or house could affect how easy it is to buy-rent-flip.

Finally, get it all in writing as soon as you can! A landlord can show an apartment several times in one day and if you are positive you like the place there is no harm in asking for a duplicate of the lease as soon as you have the funds to put toward it.

House is the best to invest in rather then going for apartments as buying or constructing house is what we own and invest our money in it and also, we can sell it at the time of good economic conditions.

House is much better then apartment and investing in house can be far more effective. Also, one can better get updated with many things and can look for further investments.
investing in house can be really very efficient and quite helpful and one can even make their investment in Condo. It requires better understanding about house we will going to own or a condo. As, looking for apartment will not be worth choosing as we will simply own it by investing money.

House is preferable
I agree with everybody else. If you buy with the intention of reselling or flipping, houses are a much safer bet. Apartments and condos (if you get a good deal on them) could be a good investment if you plan on keeping them as a rental property.
In either case, make sure you analyze the property cash flow potential and research the market for your area: what apartments and houses rent for? What is the demand and vacancy rate?

If apartment you own does not belongs to any further legal problems then it is beneficial otherwise, it is better not to invest in apartment. Housing society related apartments are better to own.
It depends on the location of investment, but I like prefer a house.

Yes, I am completely agree that maximum people today are looking for buying apartment but, it completely depends on different location where you are looking to buy a house or an apartment.
Flipping a house is a lucrative business if you know where to go. If you go into these auctions in which houses are being foreclosed, you will find a lot of good deals and flip a house to make big bucks.

If I should live them, I should say flat, because if something breaks, I know I'm someone who confirms it for me lol. But the host, more than happy to live at home. It 'nice to live at home because you can play loud music and shouted that the neighbors could have a yard and my dog is always a plus.
