I agree with you on some points, some Real Estate areas are booming up but I hope that there would be a huge growth in Real Estate in upcoming days. .

I actually expect it this year and wanted to see the results. It will benefit us if the market is right and our investments will achieve positive returns.

What does this mean? Really, lets make some effort.
Regarding real estate, I am in the market for a multifamily building near my house as an investment, and I am having trouble finding good properties that are reasonably priced.
And by good, I mean:
- Decent enough neighborhood that I would not be afraid to go collect rent or show up after dark.
- In reasonable shape.
The few properties that meet my requirements are priced at ridiculously low cap rates.... like 4% or 5%.
