First and Foremost YOU are a business. Real estate agents work for a broker, but are independent, commissioned sales people. This means that you are a small business and must run your practice as a business. Again, remember you are a small business owner.

The basic requirement of a real-estate-agent is a license. In case one wants to conduct business in real-estate it is an essential requirement. Having an internet connection is an essential requirement of being a real estate agent. There are several states that provide online training sessions that help in completing some requirements before having a license.

License is very important for real estate agent but sometimes they are asked whether they have license or not. Real Estate Agents are the main workers of this business.

1) Check agent rating and review.
2) Have communication skill.

I think a real estate agent really do need contacts in his social environment to influence people to involve the selling and purchasing real estate and do rental business which is appropriated for the time being.

You can't be an instant top rated agent in just a short period of time. You need a lot of time to achieve the A+ agent status through experiences, hard work and continues learning.

License is more important thing for the real estate agents. He should be have communication skill as well as he should have the surrounding (property) knowledge.

Use your strategic plan to establish sales goals. Keep in mind that if you are a newcomer, it could be six months before you make your first sale.Get to know the people that tend to live in the area so you can show clients the homes that they want to see.
