More real estate investors are bearish... The outlooks in the market over the next twelve months are bearish and most blame it on the Obama administration. Only about 30% of commercial real estate investors are optimistic and it's believed that this is due to extra equity capital. There is still some setback as the economy struggles to get back in gear, however this is not nearly as bad as during the original credit crunch. Some of this may also be due to uncertainty, as this is a leading factor to freezing people and causing them to hesitate before making an investment. Unfortunately, the amount of investors who are hesitating have increased from just one year ago. We hope Washington will get in gear and job growth will certainly contribute to a turn-around in this market. You cannot have a flourishing Wall Street while main street suffers!
The first Kentucky real estate conference has just took place. It was focused on 'evolving' and its purpose was to instill faith in the market. Planners, investors, engineers and architects all attended.
Real estate has always been and will continue to be a fantastic investment. Since there is so much emphasis on buying, selling and flipping homes people usually do not put enough emphasis on commercial real estate which can also be very profitable when done correctly. There is less competition and higher potential for greater return on your investment. In the current economy there is a wide selection and low prices.
If you are thinking about making a commercial investment, I urge you to do your research first and start small. But don't overlook this powerful way to make profits!

Commercial real estate essentially involves selling and leasing commercial property. There are many property include in commercial property like industrial property, shopping centres, warehouses, medical centres and many more.

Commercial property means we purchase a very large and must invest a lot of money. In commercial property include industrial buildings, shops, malls, farm land. I also prefer invest in commercial property.
