Try intense running for a minute then rest for 1 minute. Do this in a 20 minute cycle. Smile You will 100 percent lose weight in the fastest way you never imagine.

Like you said, swimming is a good option, but walking, or rather jogging is also good, Besides, eating healthy is also important.

According to me walking is the only simplest yet effective exercise for weight loss. You have seen anybody fat whose job is walking like nurses etc?

I believe that running, like any cardio-load, helps to get rid of fat more effectively. I use this application https://apkbird.com/en/cc.pacer.androidapp to know how much I ran. I try to run every morning if it's nice weather. It helps me keep myself in shape. If it's hard for you to run, then at least go. At least 5 miles a day.

I believe that in order for a person to lose weight, a deficit must be created between calories consumed and necessary.

You can practice any sport that fits you well, it really doesn't matter. For me, it's running which keeps me a good shape Smile

Why not just join a gym? Nowadays a gym membership costs like $30/mo for the chains. You can use the treadmills, do some prehab resistance training, and then hit the sauna. I have a NordicTrack Elite 9700 Pro with iFit and have been very happy with it. You can map out any course in the world. Auto adjusts the incline to the hills. Have done 17 mile runs on it with no boredom. Use this treadmill for a few months and you will be almost guaranteed to win the Dubai Marathon next year Very Happy Ladies, I just wanted to get your opinions on purchasing a fetal doppler for personal home use. I also think that running and regular exercises can work. It has to be noted, nutrition is very important. It can help you to lose weight and gain muscles. Riding a bike really helps to lose weight. I wanted to lose weight by a few pounds, I first went to work by bike, then we started cycling with friends on weekends. I realized that this really works.
