In Delhi there was a practice to sell and purchase house property through power of attorney. Now this system is banned in Delhi. This troubled a lot of property owners in Delhi. They could not resale their property. The DDA (Delhi Development Authority) collected registration fee and related charges for register this power of attorney and this was legal. Now all on a sudden they banned this. Is there any proper solution for this problem?
