My wife leased a Mercedes then turned that one in for another piling debt on top of the new car. Now the car has been turned in early and we still owe over $8000.00 This was a corporation but she is personally guaranteed for the debt. How do I negotiate with Mercedes to pay this debt that is another car's worth of payments for...nothing?

lol - you don't have anything to offer in a negotiation, you borrowed $8000 from them, I would assume that they will want you to pay it back?

Stop the bleeding, stop leasing, pay the bill. Leasing is the worst way to own a vehicle. I pay cash for used vehicles and don't have payments. Let's say you rent (lease a vehicle) for 3 years for $400 a month, if you invested that money for 30 years instead of constantly renting then you'd have $500k if you had returns of 8%. So why would ya rent???
