| How do I add stock to a Roth IRA? |

I own a corporation. I wish to issue stock and
put that stock in a new Roth IRA account.
What exact steps do I need to take to accomplish
this goal?
Also, how long does the process take? I want to
complete it by the end of the year.

When your stock is issued and is available for buying/selling, have your Roth Administrator sell what you now hold in the Roth and buy the new stock. (The amounts must be equal, ie what you sell and what you buy must be a 'wash', you cannot add to the amount.)
