A mortgage broker for UK investor  Reply with quote

What happened to my original message? Did the mods delete it?

I will ask again: I need a mortgage broker that can offer 50% LTV (minimum) to UK based investors wanting to buy single family homes and duplexes in the Atlanta area. We've been offered some really good rental investments (on paper), but it only really makes sense if we can leverage the investment. Please get in touch if you are a broker and can offer this service.

Thanks,

Andrew

Yes I did. You already have the same posting under the category Credit and Loans. This is called Cross Posting and is considered Spam according to Forum rules.

Ah, OK, sorry, i didn't realise that. I just wasn't sure which one would get me the correct type of response. I will avoid posting the same information in the future.

Thanks for your explanation.
