I have experienced this until now. Sometimes you just need time to relax.

Did you try coaching or counseling? How did you relax?
Do you have any idea about betterhelp online psychiatrists?
My only resort is to do this because our place is not that accepting of therapists.

Yes, this happens to me. I don't know how to prepare for stress. At the moment I don't want to work, I don't want to do household chores. This is only the beginning of the week but I just want to sleep and watch movies wrapped in a blanket. Soon the winter and bad weather so affects me. Today I decided to order special pills nootropicboost.com/buy-best-nootropics which help to stay motivated and active, even when you fall into apathy. Has anyone already tried these pills? My friend recommended me these pills, she took them before.

Unfortunately, many people suffer from this problem. And I'm no exception. Sometimes I don't want to visit a doctor and buy necessary meds atstore. I find this source to be great and convenient as it also allows to read descriptions of pills. But thanks for sharing your experience and useful links!

Do you use some non-traditional ways to treat it?

I like some non-traditional medicine, I have to say. I use different natural herbal extracts and oils like those you can find on https://myfloridaherbs.com/collections/home/products/dong-quai-tincture-organic-dong-quai-extract-angelica-sinensis-dried-root for example. I believe that they are really good for you, and you can stay healthy with them!

Depression is really hard...I was in this state recently. My girlfriend left me. This was a shock to me. I felt very lonely. I had no one but my girlfriend. It was the only close person.I did not know what to do. I decided to register online with women https://datingtomarriage.com/index.php/page/information I think it's a good idea to get distracted. This helped me get out of the depression. I found many people there who supported me.

Hello! And I prefer traditional medicine... I have been using some online pharmacies, and I have to say that they are really good. I would like to recommend you to take a look at the website from https://www.canadadrugsdirect.com/ I think you will be able to find a lot of nice info for you there. Good luck Wink

Hi There,

Hope everyone is doing great!

I went through this stage when my girlfriend left me. We thought to get married I have convinced my parents about this but she couldn't.

Though we both belong to the same caste and religion her parents didn't approve for our marriage the only issue was my salary. I was having a lesser salary so they have rejected me.

Now that girl got ready for her marriage on Oct 6th this year she got marriage and I'm still single and now couldn't forget her.

I get a little depressed whenever I think of her.

My wife hasn't been the happiest person as long as I've known her, and during our seven years of our marriage she's gradually spiraled into increasing depression and anxiety, to the point that she's been fighting back suicidal thoughts on and off over the last year or so. She dearly loves our two daughters (one four years, one nine months) but often has trouble dealing with them by herself for more than an hour without turning into an emotional wreck. This is all rooted in an incredibly poor self-image; she sees every moment of every day as proof that she's fat / stupid / a bad parent / universally disliked / a failure / etc. She has a great life by all objective measures but nonetheless she's miserable. Sometimes she's, well, functional for an afternoon or so, but this is the exception rather than the rule -- for instance, she has too much anxiety to talk on the phone, and can't put our older daughter to bed or finish eating a meal with the family because otherwise she'd end up yelling at the top of her lungs and stressed to the point of tears. She finally sought treatment this year, but after six months, two (well-recommended) therapists, and at least a half-dozen different combinations of medications for depression and anxiety, she felt nothing was working, quit both medication and therapy and is very unlikely to try either again for quite a long time. I'm really the one stable thing for her to lean on, the one healthy thing in her life. But after years of this, I'm drained and miserable. I'd love nothing more than to be able to help her to lead a happy life, but so far have had no success, and what once seemed a limitless future now looks grey and bleak. Would it ever be fair to leave her, or do I have a moral duty to continue to devote myself to supporting my wife and the mother of my children, regardless of what effect that has on my own life (and, possibly, our children's)?
I'm particularly interested in hearing from any of you who've been in a long-term relationship with a depressed person; what did you do, and in hindsight, was it the right decision? I want to contact this service https://rightlawyers.com/

Depression must be the most widespread disease of the 21st century. People are overloaded with different duties like exhausting study and work, we live in conditions of constant stress. It is not even surprising that anti-depressants are extremely demanded, at least I often see ones at Canadian pharmacy .
