Any ideas to sort your life out if you blacklisted?  Reply with quote

I'm blacklisted with a debt of around $5000. My monthly salary is around $1400 but with my expenses i basically have nothing to spare-maybe, $150 if I tighten my belt.

So I'm only paying $100 a month for that debt, so it will obviously still take a very long time to settle that debt.

You know when you blacklisted there's no institution or credit supplier that wants to borrow you money, so you basically screwed!

I know there's companies out there that helps with debt consolidation loans but they need a pay roll deduction agreement with your company and currently my company has not signed any agreements and does not look keen to do that any time soon either. So that's where I flop with that every time cause my company does not want to sign those agreements.

I have no collateral at the moment but what I have is:

# A 2 month old affiliation website ( that has not made any money so far ).
# Pension of around $6000

So my thinking with the website is, maybe bring in a partner on board and he has to buy in ( maybe for $2500 and borrow me another $2500) to sort my stuff out. I invested around $600 for the website but people's perspective on things are very different, so it's really not impossible to get someone to buy in for that price. ( or at least I can take my chances )

I'm still struggling to find a company in my country to borrow me money against my pension. I'm currently having a lawyer ( free of charge) setting up a contract/agreement for me to put up my pension as collateral. Take note the pension is obviously frozen as I'm still working for the same company, but if the lawyer works her magic I'm sure there's a way around that.

So my thinking is this:
# Check with all financial institutions again to make sure I examined all possibilities thoroughly.
# Try to use my pension as collateral to get a loan to clear my debt and name.
# Get a partner on board with my website and get the money from him/her.

I have been blacklisted for the past 4 years and my life is standing still.

So guys please help, I need fresh ideas and advice.

Who blacklisted you? Your employer, your bank, your government? What did you do to get blacklisted?

The bank. The work I did back then was temporary and the contract got terminated, so I stopped paying the installments cause I couldn't afford it any more and they eventually blacklisted me.

Oh man, I feel sorry for you. I think that you need to ask for help from professional lawyers. Maybe they will help you with that. You can ask them for help https://www.shtarklaw.com/. They've helped me once with my problems, and I think they would be glad to help you too.
