You can use ready made theme for example for Wordpress. Also I recommend to search some professional fonts, icons, backgrounds, textures, etc. I usually use this service with great deals very helpful!

I use graphic elements like these mockups https://www.ls.graphics/free-mockups for my designs. I believe that such samples greatly save your time spent on the design of the next project and help to avoid errors in size or appearance. It really takes a long time when you need to fix something, which is why it's so important not to make mistakes and especially in the first layers of the layout.
