Hi there. According to law - no. Such things are illegal:
Repeated calls
Threats of violence
Publishing information about you
Abusive or obscene language

Hi there. I agree with previous answer. Also you can’t be arrested for a debt you owe to a debt collector. It is illegal. There are special laws which you should know if you got such situation. I can recommend to read this site about United Collection Bureau and other collection agencies to know what you should do.
