I have a site with 1200 unique per day... I want to maximized the traffic but I don't know what affiliate program should I join that pays good and indemand.
Any suggestion is highly appreciated....

Some great revenue. Great commisions.

http://www.doubleclick.com/us/ - contextual revenue like adsense.

I'd suggest Google AdSense with 1200 uniques/day. Or try Linkshare.com, and see if they have any relevant businesses.
