Yeah, I do get a small commission of future lotto purchases, but there is no obligation to buy more tickets after you sign up.

The $20 you are referring to was an old promotion whereby Ozlotteries were giving a further $5 bonus with any $20 deposit into your account - but that was early last year ( These dates are in the terms and conditions, so they should just get rid of them as they are no longer relevent).
