leadership books  Reply with quote

Hi everybody. I'm the manager in a small to medium sized business and I've been thinking about purchasing some literature about leadership styles and skills. Would anyone like to share some recommendations on their favorite titles? Thank you!

I think all those leadership books are useless. Reading books won't make you a leader.

I too agree with Benzmen. Also, go with "the magic of thinking big" by David J. Schwartz and "Skill With People" by Les Giblin.

I don't agree that reading books will not help acquire new skills in managing people. It’s not for nothing that we all study theory in universities. There are so many good books on this topic, for example Lesa Giblin is an author of many books. I haven't bought paper books for a long time, but I look are new books on sale here https://booksrun.com/search/Les+Giblin . He really writes well, he has a non-standard approach to business, I like it. Nevertheless, I read books by other authors, many tips can be very different, I try different options and see what works well for me.

Good evening! I would like to recommend the site https://typemyessays.com/critical-thinking as an assistant in writing an essay using a critical thinking approach. It's a pleasure to work with them! And most importantly, you pay only after you are satisfied with the result, or you will receive a refund.
