Shocked That's a lot of money... Just wondering how exactly are your sites making money? AdSense, other adverts, membership fees? And how many websites do you have?
Cheers

I have about 5 or 6 sites, including blogs that I currently am using Yahoo's version of AdSense. That makes up abour 95% of my revenue, as affiliate ads (Linkshare) make up the rest.

edited to include my sites in case people wanted to see how I was doing it:

http://www.pregnancyetc.com
http://www.maternity.net

and then the ones in my signature

Is that gross or net? I am just about breaking even with my sites but I have seen a steady revenue increase over the past months and I am planning on a big release when I get the time during christmas break. College really takes a lot of time from the site building.

The site I work for makes about $45,000 a month, and they don't run any ads. Of course, the owner has to give a lot of that to the people who work for him, but he still makes a hell of a lot each year.

CustomMade, the best affiliate organizations are the following, in order of my favorites, most to least:

Linkshare
Commission Junction
Partner Gateway

IMO, I would sign up with Linkshare, and start with them - they have tons of great retailers, like Target that are a part of their network. However, I would also like to point out that nearly all of my revenue comes from Yahoo Publisher, and maybe $50/month comes from affiliate erarnings.

Yea, I made about $25/month from AdSense. I have several blogs, but only three that are actually live, and only one that I really focus on. I have been at it since about the last week of August. I have signed up for CJ, as well, and I think there is a lot of promise for it working well with my main blog, but I need some more traffic. I get about 200-300 visitors a day. I really want to take my monthly earnings and do that daily. I am not planning on getting rich from this, but I would enjoy getting some nice side money; it will help with my savings goals.

Well, I got googled......banned for "invalid clicks" just when I had made enough for my first payment. It only took me 1 year to earn $100 and they say I was getting invalid clicks????????

I think IŽll try out Yahoo ads instead Rolling Eyes
