is this delray credit counseling company really legit? http://www.moneysavingfreetips.com/delray-credit-counseling.html

it says they have a DMP program that can eliminate all debt in 3-5 years?

Is it the same one as listed on the Better Business Bureau's website? http://www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org/nis/newsearch2.asp?ID=1&strBCode=06330000&ComID=0633000019000498 than yes, but the website listed is http://www.delraycc.com. I cannot guarantee the website isn't someone trying to profit from a similar name, but this is the only hit I got from the search. This could mean no one has reported them yet. I would go with the one listed on the BBB's website personally.

I would ask what their BBB rating is and ask whether they are a non-profit or not.
