Retire in Thailand its GREAT  Reply with quote

I hope this is ok to post here, its not really a sales pitch cause nothing for sale yet but this may be of interest to that large group of single guys, divorcees and widowers that make up the large percentage of lonely men out there.

My company is finalizing a 30 year lease on a resort in Jontiem, Pattaya, Thailand it now consists of around 90 rooms which will become 45 one bedroom condos and being on over 6.5 acres we are planning on building 50 duplex Thai Bali one bedroom 65 sq mtr Villas.

Should have a web site up soon as the it’s are crossed and i’s dotted .

Its planned to be a type of retirement village for want of a better word for it but the concept is for active retirees there is no age limit.
We will be offering leases paid 10 years in advance and increments of five years after that. Rent on a Condo is only US$208.00 a month so ten years in advance is only US$25,000.

Rental service is available for owners who are absent and a buy back option for those wishing to leave before the 10 years has expired, further it can be transferred or bequeathed.

We are working on finance for those that only have a 50% deposit as well so its not a bad concept for guys with limited finance available. I will post the web site once all is finalized.

We hope to become an important part of the expat community here in Pattaya, should all pan out and the lease details are iron clad.

I have been getting a bunch of enquiries for photos and info if anyone wants to see the place or know more please email me direct so I can reply with photos and details dragon@comclark.com . Pattaya is a fantastic seaside resort city, with ultra modern amenities, infrastructure and abundant nightlife.

Kiss goodbye to cold winters and lonely nights Very Happy

Cheers Rob
