anyone here applied and got a jumbo reverse mortgage product? it says in the article the
product allows you to get income from your home, without selling it? does that mean renting
it? or how does the income flow in?

sorry to hear that your maintenance of a superiority complex completely disregards the language of another while retarding any constructive direction or potential communication. Had you bothered to check muneepenee site you would see that considerable effort and cost was expended by muneepenee, therefore, leaving me to conclude that there is an unknown reason for the grammatical direction of muneepenee.

but back on topic... reverse mortgage offers another tool to use, not unlike bankruptcy, it can be used like a life insurance policy and leave the saavy investor over the age of 62 with a untouchable asset, because of the first lien postion, that can be repurchased through a third party life insurance policy, which, when assembled as described, is a reverse mortgage derivative that may or may not be called a jumbo reverse mortgage.
