I expect real estate to experience a soft landing in 2007. Based on this prediction, I have invested roughly 25% of my portfolio in TOA and IMH. Both of these stocks trade at a mere 0.60 x's their Book Values, and have PEG ratios well under 1.00...

I think your smart to be watching valuations.

Moving more and more out of real estate and not all of it by choice.

It was fun watching my REITS run up and up.

Haven't really been watching/researching the market lately. 19 month old is just so much more fun to watch.

457B has changed our options so I'm going to have to do some research and see if I want to be in the ones they moved us into.

Aparently one I was in got excomunicated from being an option.
