What is Forum Cash?
Forum Cash is a virtual currency earned from your participation at Money Talk.
How do I earn Forum Cash?
You can earn Forum Cash for posts and replies made in the Money Talk forums.
- $0.25 for each new topic
- $0.20 for each reply
How do I see my Forum Cash earnings?
You can find your current earnings next to your posts in the forums.
What can I do with my Forum Cash?
- Earnings may be used to purchase Banner Exchange advertising at Money Talk.
See the Money Talk Banner Exchange page for current prices, and contact me to redeem your Forum Cash for a Banner Advertising Package.
(Obviously, you must be an approved Exchange member.)
- The Business Offers and Money Making Opportunities forums now require Forum Cash to create new topics.
- In these two forums, the price is $3.00 per new post which is automatically deducted from your account after posting a new topic. (Replies in these forums are free.)
- This should reduce the amount of "One Post Wonders" spamming the Money Talk Market Forums. As well as giving our members a more prominent and less-crowded space when using the advertising forums.
- We will be working on other ways to utilize your Forum Cash, including the possibility of purchasing advertising links on the Money Talk home page.
- We from time to time offer limited exchanges of Real Cash for Forum Cash via PayPal via our Money Talk Cash Grabs.
Cash Grab #1 is now complete.
Cash Grab #2 is compete.

I guess what would each dollar amount from posts get you in the banner exchange??
BTW i just signed up for the banner exchange i love how the thing works for your site providing click throughs you get more exposures a great way to base a banner rotation... Meaning sites that give a lot of clickthroughs get the extra exposure!

It's a one-for-one for Forum Cash to cash value with the banner packages. The first package is currently 25,000 exposures for $25.00. So you can trade in $25 of Forum Cash to get great exposure with those 25,000 banner impressions. This is a pretty good deal to start with, and if you use your forum earnings to purchase it's actually free. What a deal!

Due to the number of questionable schemes that are being promoted in the 2 advertising forums, we've increased the amount of Forum Cash required from $1.00 to $3.00.
Those found to be abusing this system with garbage posts or intentionally posting in the wrong forum will be banned.
We hope this change will create a better forum environment. Thanks.
