| How to withdraw frozen money? |

It is sad, that almost every program disappears sooner or later, leaving people in some profits or more frequently in loss. A major part of the programs runs away with our money and their sites become inaccessible suddenly.
Another part of them stops to pay to the accounts, but profit is added still or the existing balance is at least kept. One can enter to these sites, but money is frozen and admin doesn' t answer to support requests. (Eg.: I have 21,80 "frozen" USD at Happy-Profit - still increasing(!), 466,90 "frozen" USD at Sourceprofit. It is worthless to mention another more than 1200 frozen USD at True Gold Mine, where I reinvested several times the daily profit for 850% daily!) I see them day after day, but I cannot get them.
My questions arise from this situation:
Does anybody know how to deliberate these amounts?
What can be the reason, that these sites are still living?
